Installation

Choose trained professionals. Choose Pullen.

Investing in a new heating and/or air conditioning system affects your home’s comfort for years to come. In order to guarantee that your new system is designed and installed properly, select a professional contractor with experience, training, and integrity.

Find out exactly what you need from your heating and cooling system.

Because your home and your comfort needs are unique, your new system’s design should be as well. While an undersized system makes it difficult to maintain pleasant indoor temperatures, an oversized system adds unnecessary expense to the installation cost and will contribute to moisture-related problems in time.

To achieve maximum comfort at a minimum cost, our installers begin with a professional Manual J load calculation and system design. We make measurements of your home, noting the size and quantity of windows as well as the levels of insulation. Additionally, we make estimates concerning levels of infiltration and internal loads including lighting and kitchen appliances. Once we’ve completed our evaluation, you’ll receive a computerized analysis that indicates how much heating and/or cooling capacity your new system should provide.

After the installation of your new system is completed, you will receive a copy of the computerized load calculation for your records.

Select the right equipment.

Heating and air conditioning equipment comes in many capacities, configurations, and efficiencies, which can make choosing the right equipment confusing. After we’ve completed an accurate Manual J load calculation, we present you with equipment options that will be compatible with your home’s heating and cooling needs, which makes choosing the right equipment much simpler.

At Pullen, we’ve chosen not to use commission as an incentive for our technicians. Because they do not receive commissions, you can trust that the products they recommend are the right products for your needs, not the product that will be supplement their income.

Reap the full benefits of your new heating and cooling system.

A new installation provides an ideal opportunity to evaluate your duct system, ensuring that it’s clean and appropriately configured to deliver the right air to the right rooms. If you’ve discovered that some rooms in your home are more comfortable than others, it could mean that it’s time to repair or even replace your old ductwork. Leaving old ductwork in a state of disrepair will prohibit your home from reaping the full benefit of your new heating and/or air conditioning system.
